Does anyone know when this dress may have been made?

I’m back with another question! I just got this dress off of eBay, but it’s I think what is called a bubble skirt? It seems to be two layers of fabric and then net is in between them. I am curious if I can narrow a date down on this dress, has a union label dating it between ‘55-‘63, but I wonder if there’s a way I can narrow that down even more? It seems just such an odd and specific look I wonder if it was only popular for like 1-2 years. I’d love any help! Thank you

I have had patterns for this style dress... first appearing in 1959 and popular for a little bit into the 1960s.
