Does anyone recogize this tag?

This may be a long shot but I thought I'd see if anyone recognizes or can make out this tag. I found it at the estate of a woman who had an amazing collection of vintage knits (a Claire McCardell, a Rudi Gernreich, etc) so I'm wondering if this is a designer that I'm not recognizing. Any help would be great, thanks!

Is it on a bathing suit? I found references to Surf Eze knit bathing suits by googling "by Westwood Knit".
