Does anyone recognize this label/name? 30’s maybe 40’s hat with Charlotte Creation Paris?

That is a great looking hat. It does look to be from the 1940's. Love the little "birds"!!! I have to say that I am not familiar with that label, and have been collecting and researching hats for over 40 years. However I still come across labels I have not seen before, as there were thousands of milliners working at that time period. I am always finding a new label and learning new things every day. Maybe someone will come along who is familiar with that name.
Thank you! I’ve been looking things up and agree with 1940’s. There’s another older thread where my friend asked for help with a late Victorian bird hat that was also French and it was mentioned that storefronts would be rented just to be able to slap a Paris label inside. This could be one of those instances.
