Are these considered standard care labels with modern symbols?

So it's after 74 is all I can figure out . There arent any shoulder pads, either.

Anyone have any opinions on the fabric? Its sheer and rough. Polyester? The flowers sewn into it have me confused. Thanx!

So, in any event, I'd say 70s. That neckline looks very 70s. Definitely looks like a polyester knit. Almost everything I've had from this label from the late 60s on has been a poly knit, but nice quality. Their crepe poly knit is lovely. Can't see the exterior of yours in the photos well enough, but looks like a jacquard knit.

Thanks Anne. Yes I checked the label resource and couldnt decide b/c didnt know if it would have the VF or JC Penney label. Here it is up close.
