Does this NRA label look okay?

Hello everyone,
I bought this 30s dress on ebay and it has the NRA label. The label looks different from the ones in the label resource. Does this one look okay? Pictures are posted below. (All images are the property of the ebay seller).

Actually after looking at all the labels under "NRA" in vfg label resource, I do see that it resembles one of them.. would love your input..

According to the label resource, the blue eagle NRA labels were used in clothing only during a very brief period, 1933-35. Yours is a variant we don't yet have. Can you take a picture of the label yourself and submit it to us? You'd be credited, of course, if it gets used in the label resource.

I've never seen one with the phrase "Made Under Dress Code Authority." Cool beans!

I've seen this label several times....but usually in hats. Is there something specific that is causing you to question the authenticity of the label in this dress? The dress is definitely 30's and is stunning.

MC: Thanks. These images belong to the ebay seller, but once I have the dress in my possession, I will post pictures of the NRA label for sure.
Jody (couture allure): Actually I love wearing vintage clothing but know next to nothing about 30's clothing:-) I did not realize that the NRA label could have so many variations. This one did not match any in the label resource exactly, which is why I wanted to check if this label was authentic..

I would want to see some detail on the construction and the fastenings. I hope the seller has provided those. What is the fabric? The way the centre front skirt panel is cut is curious. Is that a seam going right across? It's almost like the back of the dress. Is the full length view the front of the dress?

The fabric is described as rayon chiffon. And that picture is the back of the dress. I can post more pictures of the dress once I receive it. Here is one more picture from the seller (all images belong to ebay seller)

amandainvermont: The dress is gorgeous and just like the pictures..It is sheer, so I will have to hunt a nice slip for it..It seems to be in great shape and the fabric seems strong, but it is after all almost 80 years old, so I am going to be careful with the dress.. I am so looking forward to wearing it:-)
