dog dress!

Hi guys-

this one I grabbed because I like dogs and bright yellow things, obviously.

It's received a lot more attention than I expected. I am thinking its an 80s/90s sort of pop art looking dress but just on the off chance anyone knows, is there anything special about this dress? Maybe everyone just likes dogs

I do not recognize the artist, but here in California there is a big jump in the popularity of the Dalmation breed of dogs. So maybe that is a factor? Really no idea but it is a fun dress.
