OK, I'm reaching description overload tonight, so a couple of things have gone up now, a few more in the next day or so, when I've consumed far more coffee...

Up last week:

Up today, a bra-slip for those dresses:

And coming up:

And a final nod to the 50s, a dress I wish I (and my manni!) could fit into...

That Susan Small purple set is yummy!

And the 50s looks very vavoom! Wiggle skirt, yes?

Chris, It's a dress, it's just too small for the manni, so I had to leave it open. I've got another pic of it done up on a hanger. It's a super, super curvey wiggle dress in a stiff wool and I so wish I could fit into it...

Sue, I love the style of that Susan Small dress, particularly - it hangs really well. I seem to be hitting a 60s phase in most of my finds lately...

oh that sounds so fab. bet its too small for me of course. and of course i need more wool outfits like a hole in the head. but of course we do have 5 mos of fall here. (sigh) The indigo one makes me wish i could carry off that shift style, but alas i cannot. (double sigh).

I totally sympathise with the *urge to stockpile wool* I think it's primal in this climate. (Just like if it hits below -20, all cruelty scruples get discarded and the urge to wear pelt takes over - luckily that doesn't happen much here in the Midlands!)

It's a smallish petite size, the green worsted dress - it came from the same source (and was virtually hanging next to) the petite peach matellasse London Town gown I auctioned a short while ago, so I think it's likely they both belonged to the same lady and it can't have been a cheap buy at that date...
