DVM Wrap Dress

Oh great...now I really want to find a vintage DVF wrap dress! I once went to an auction where an entire rack of the original numbers were auctioned, many with tags. The ending price at the auction was $70 per dress and I'm sure they were well worth it for the dealer who got them all.
 
If I'd only known - LOL. I used to have two DVF dresses - probably late '70's. I just remembered that I have a photo of me wearing one of them taken in the early '80's. I'll have to dig it out and scan it.

Found it. This was taken in the summer of 1983 at a friend's apartment in New York. The black was darker and sharper than the photo shows. I wish I'd kept it!

I have a DVF wrap dress in my inventory.... somewhere. I'll have to see if I can dig it out and post a pic! I haven't listed it yet because I have no idea what price to put on it. It was included with the inventory of Vintage Baubles when I purchased the business, and I thought the previous owner had too low an estimated value on it, so I packed it away for another day--which hasn't come yet, but may be about to!
 
I have about 5 wrap dresses, very flattering and have always wanted a DVF wrap dress, if anyone find one in my size uk14/16 give me a call...please
