Early 60s on this Frank Starr gown?

I'm finally ready to start listing again--hooray!

In addition to the Starr label (same as in the label resource for a 50s dress), this has the 1955-1963 ILGWU label. Boned bodice; nothing wrong with the zipper, just too small for my size 4 form!

I'm thinking it's as close to 1960 as you can get--is that right?
