Edwardian or 20s Brooch? And Stones?

Can anyone help me out with the date and type of stones on this antique brooch? I was thinking it's teens early 20s? The floral design looks very Art Nouveau to me. I was thinking the black triangle stone might be onyx. The white I'm a bit baffled on. Any help would be appreciated!

A closer view would help, buy it looks circa 1920's Chinese with enameling. If they are true stones and not glass, the milky stone is probably a quartz and the black probably dyed black onyx.
