Eek! PLEASE help me identify possible 60's R&K Originals Blazer

I'm having a hard time believing this is really 60's even though my gut tells me it is (fairly new to vintage identifying...) . Any help you can provide would be lovely.

As far as I've found, the tag is consistent with the 60's. Not sure about the style and color. It's in great condition.

No care or content tag. Small, tattered white tag on right shoulder lining. Reads a small, yellow "A" on each opposite end. Don't know if that means anything.

It looks like an early 60s jacket to me as well. As there are no buttons, it would either have had a matching sheath dress to wear under it or it may have been part of a 3 piece suit with a pencil slim skirt and a matching shell sleeveless blouse.

I can so see it with a sheath dress underneath. Gorgeous! So happy

I agree with MJ - the buttons, faux pocket flaps and most of all the bust seaming looks early '60s too. That combination of princess seam with short dart is very specific and you don't really see it at any other time.
