Elaborate buttons on a Norman Norell

I recently purchased a late 50's/early 60's Norman Norell suit. However, the more research I do, I never find any Norell items with such elaborate buttons. Has anyone else seen a Norell with buttons like these?

Most do seem to be covered fabric, plain metal, mother of pearl or a solid color dome. That said, I see a few in my search with a beaded button. These may have been a custom choice or a replacement?
