Interesting. It has the same label as a '60s-70s top according to the label resources but I'm not convinced: the fabric, construction and labelling all look more modern to me.

It does look modern, but I can see it with black suede granny gogo boots and a chain belt and it would have a very Ali McGraw c. 1970 look

Early 1970s. That label was only used in the late 60s, into the 70s. (And the font is SO late 60s!)
