Era and help on these large "straw" cartwheel hats - 30s or 40s?. 3 hats, 2 have labels.

Coral rimmed one does not have a label. Could not find matching bullocks wilshire label on athe all black one. Could not find Leon hats label on the green/pale one.

Could I use a clothes steamer to reshape them? and what shape should they be? Or is it better to leave to the buyer? I had a buyer buy $300 worth of hats from me so I don't want to mess up and I know these are worth at least $150 but they need reshaping. Coral one worth less.

These look 1940s to me. We don't have this Bullock's label in our Resource, but would love to add it with your permission. Just to note that your label is from Bullock's Los Angeles, not Bullock's Wilshire - two different stores. I use my steamer to rejuvenate or reshape hats with no problem. I would consult fashion magazines or catalogues from the era to determine appropriate shape.

Yes, a gentle steaming should bring most of the shape back, you might give it a light steam and let the hat itself decide what shape it used to be as it may just relax and go back to that. They do appear to be 1940s, but I feel not early in the decade. I have never seen that bullocks label, so it is interesting to see. The Leon label is sewn on oddly and sort of crudely, using the wrong color thread and it is sewn on upside down. So it may not be original to the hat or was re-sewn at some point. The Bullocks label looks a bit crude and also has black thread, but I cannot say for sure if it is original to the hat. It may be.

I love the coral brim on the black hat, the color mix is great! And the pale pistachio is also a great color not often found in hats.
