Era & fabric help on this party dress

There are no tags soooooooo anyone know what this fabric might be? One stripe is kind of crinkle and the other is kind of sheer. Also an era. It has a metal JET zipper in the back.

Have you done a burn test on either of the fabrics to do some detective work?

That droopy bow and drop waist combo is actually very typical of the early 80s, though hip/waist bows have been popular at different times. I have seen early 60s dresses with a more defined bow at the waist/hip

I have no idea on the fabric but I have seen it before. I think with the metal zipper, this would be early 60s. I had a drop waist 50s dress not too long ago.
