Exquisite Lace Blouse - Made in Belgium - Help Dating

Hello friends!

Found this gorgeous lace blouse today. Instinct says 30s - 40s, but I am really not certain at all. No tag except one along the interior back neckline that reads, "Made in Belgium" in red. Hand finished. No flaws.

Any suggestions for dating and how to describe or price?

Well, thanks so much for the confirmation that my instincts were good! That was what I was thinking, too.

It is so very very pretty and I tried it on last night and it fits (eek!) so I may have to show it off a few times before offering it up to another lucky lady

This was also called "Princess Lace" or "Tape Lace" and became very popular in the early 1900s. This type of lace is still being made/used
today, however I agree that it may be earlier than 30s.
