Well, the pants remind me a little bit of Janine’s. They are shiny/metallic - handmade (nicely - pinked seams, etc.). I’ll have to lay them on the ground to show how far the legs flare out. They are not hemmed at the bottom and my instinct is to leave them that way, so the new owner can put them at the length they wish. Agree? I believe they are 70’s.
Now THIS dress cracks me up. It’s also handmade (from a different buy) and I bought it because the vintage fabric made me smile. I can’t quite tell if the seamstress was serious or not. It’s kind of your basic house dress style - pulls over the head - in that circus polka dot. I had assumed it was 50’s. Now not so sure. I also considered shortening it and calling it a mini mod. Or maybe I should just return it to the thrift?
