Fabric guess on this dress

There is no tag/label on this dress. It is black with white polka dots. It has pinked seams & a metal zipper marked 'MARK". I'm thinking 60s here. It is a drapey fabric - not cotton - could be crepe. You can see thru it if held up to bright light. It feels kinda sorta rough - again do you think maybe crepe?

That is what crepe feels like! And I think 60s. Be sure to put polka dot in title. Also black and white are hot colors this Spring.
 
It could be a rayon crepe, or a polyester crepe. Actually a polyester
crepe would be rougher than a rayon.
