Fabric ? on a Jonathan Logan Blouse

I searched through our fabric resource section to come up with a name for this fabric. Is there anything "more correct" than "loose weave"? It's a 70s blouse. There is no fabric label, but looks and feels like a cotton or cotton blend.

Not sure Alice, but it looks "slubby" i.e. slubs.

Could it be linen? The weave looks like that's a possibility...

Looks a lot like hopsacking to me. Cotton hopsacking was popular in the 1960s for dresses and Spring coats.
