Fabric/ pattern question

I am trying to describe this scarf and am at a loss. I spent hours in the fabric resource but it is like a needle in a haystack when you don't know what you are looking for. My specific question is regarding the flowers that are part of the weave, not the color one. What is that called? I know brocade is similar in a way but I think of brocade as a much heavier fabric and not one for scarves. Also this has thicker threads and even though it has some sheen, it is not as slick as brocade. Do I have this all wrong? Or is that a technique and not a type of fabric at all and it could be done with different types of cloth? Forgive the newbie once again.

Thank you
Victoria

Pretty scarf! And it would be correct to call it a jacquard. There are many types of jacquard--brocade, damask, birdseye, tapestry, etc. "Jacquard" is sort of the umbrella term for fabrics with a design woven (or knitted) into them, and refers to the type of loom on which they are made.
