Fabulous Animal Print Coat! Need Help!

Hi Ladies,

I have a fabulous coat that I happened upon. At first glance it did not appear to be vintage at all (maybe its not)..but I did some research on the label and I found a reference to the designer in the late 60s, but nothing else. Can anyone help?

Also attached photos of two bathing suits I found. One is very 50s to me, but the IGLWU label looks 70s so a little confused there. TIA!

I don't know, but I love the print on the coat. Are there any other labels? Check the side seams and inside the pockets.

I found La Flaque ads from 1965-1973 and while I never found your exact coat, this hat on this 1966 La Flaque coat was the closest I found:

Coat I would guess mid 80's the font on tag makes me rule out 60's. Animal prints were making a comeback then and stores were imprting alot of small independent french labels. But the cut says 70's

Sorry to not b e more of hellp. Bathing suits say 70's to me.

I vote late '60s-early '70s on the great animal print coat, and early '70s on the bathing suits.

Thank you ladies! Unfortunately there are no other tags anywhere on the coat. The bathing suits are Perfection Fit by Roxanne; I neglected to mention that.

the bathing suits look much more contemporary to me. used to work at a shop where we sold the sample lines for a couple reps, they look very 90s to me.

I LOVE that coat! I'd go with late 60s/early 70s, too, because of the cut and those nice, big lapels!

I sold an animal print trench last year that had me scratching my head about date at first, too--coulda been 60s, coulda been 80s... The label font was "older", but as it was a custom (dressmaker) label, that wasn't conclusive. It was the lapels that gave it away!
