Fake YSL or did I get lucky?

Hi! As newbie to designer vintage, I just finished a 5 hour search on my new dress. I bought it in a second hand clothing store in Antwerpen, Belgium yesterday. It's hard for me to tell if this is the real deal or not. I was hoping some of you could help me out! :)

The dress has no designer label, no garment instruction label or whatsoever. The dress is made out of a fine silk flower fabric (black background, beige leafs/branches, purple and orange flowers, with blue and yellow marks), the fabric has the YSL logo 'woven' throughout the entire fabric (see pic). The logo changes standing upwards and upside do. The dress has an black inner dress. The flower fabric shows the YSL and Yves Saint Laurent logo's on the edge of the fabric (thus the inner lining). It has been made with a big bow on top, which holds on the back with 2 metal snap fasteners, so it covers the zipper.
The zipper is on the middle of the back and measures about 7.8".
On the back the dress has an split in the middle of 10.6". The total length of the dress is 39" (upper bow width not included). As far as I can see, it doesn't have any signs of a label that has been taken out. The seems are french seeming (hope I'm correct here haha). The sleeves have a small puff on the shoulders and have 2 gold colored deco buttons on it. Small shoulder pads in black.

I hope I gave enough info to help me out! I will include pics of the details on top. I'm just worrying that it could be fake as:
- there's no label of any kind
- the buttons look to plastic to be on an expensive dress
But it looks genuine to me because:
- the fabric is of a really good quality
- it has the YSL woven throughout the fabric

So I'm hoping that somebody can help me out with telling me if this is fake or not, if not (yay!) can you date it? Thanks so much! Getting crazy here with this web research haha :)

I think what you probably have here is a home sewn dress using YSL fabric.
Just by the style and your description I would guess early 80s.
