I thought you might be interested in a project I've started, transcribing articles and scanning images from some volumes of the 'Girl's Own Paper' my mother handed down to me. Obviously the fashion ones would be of most interest to this forum. The fashion plates are beautiful, and the articles describe in exquisite (or excruciating!) detail what the cool girls were wearing from month to month. Apart from the regular monthly fashion column, there are feature articles about things such as corsets, trousseaus, weddings, Court occasions, and the ethical side of fashion - say no to bird skins!

! I will certainly keep looking in :bouncy:. I have a blog too, posting about all sorts of things, but I'll follow it via my Blogger account, as I have no Tumblr account, and I can't keep track of all the online accounts I have.
