Fashion Red Card?

This is an odd request, but does anyone here know how one might possibly procure a fashion "red card" (see below for description)? (Will settle for a replica too if that's the best I can do).

"Starting in In 1932, garment designers banded together to prevent design theft, commonly known as “knock offs”, by manufacturers. They formed the Fashion Originators Guild of America (F.O.G.A.) after help or protection was not forthcoming from Congress or the courts...The Guild was an association of manufacturers and retailers who pledged to only deal in original creations. If a retailer failed to abide by the provisions of the Guild, they would be included on a “red-card” which listed all “non-co-operating retailers”. Other Guild members were then forbidden to deal them." (http://vintagefashionguild.org/label-resource/fashion-originators-guild/)

This is for a professor of mine who is interested in fashion legal history. Any historians or collectors out there? Any and all leads are welcome. Thanks so much!

lol, I've considered that possibility. That could very well be the case. But it does sound like there may have been an actual official document of some sort that got sent around to everyone in the Guild. I'm on a bizarre quest, I know.
