Thanks, Hollis. Looks like the dress may have been hemmed up some. I cannot tell because of the material but it has a 5 inch hem and I think originally was about 2 inches. The net underskirt has been turned under and hemmed 2 inches.
 
at first i thought that was a funky two toned costume wig on your manni until i realized it was a pink headband. I definitely need my eyes checked...
 
Chris, LOL. That pink band is actually attached to the wig and it hooks at back of neck. I think it looks quite 50s.
