Finding info on a garment from another country?

I have a dress by Welldress. Not a thing on the internet about it. There are 2 telephone numbers stitched on the back of the tag. It reads

(r)262856

Now, I am guessing this is not US since I don't know what S or R mean. Plus, there is nothing about Welldress.....anywhere, but it is clearly a dress from what looks to be the 70's.

Any thoughts?

S might mean stockroom and R means retail. Or maybe S for shop and R for rear of shop.....who knows, there are all kinds of things it could mean.

If you post pics of the dress and labels we might be able to date it etc.

RadarLuv, can you tell what fabric it is? Does it feel like a cotton or synthetic?

My first thought was late '70s but the cap sleeves look more recent: '90s or more modern.

It feels like silk.

It's very possible it could be modern and the rust is throwing me off.

Looks much newer... late 90s maybe?
