first time i\'ve used the US patent office search - and success!

I was so suprised that I got it first time I had to share!

Searching for a fabric trademark 'cravenette' from a coat I'll post pictures of when I get back from errands, and bingo - first time!

Why isn't it always that straightforward!! :)

*******EDIT!

Probably only exciting for me but still... I'm chuffed!

Thanks for the link Jonathan - I was too busy being enthused... I am going to look for more things to research on there!

Here's the coat, by the way - any keywords appreciated :) I know I should have probably listed it about 6 months ago, but hopefully someone will find it useful for April showers!

Need to do a front shot i know, but batteries died halfway through this mornings 'shoot'.

Ok I am confused where did you put the "word mark" in. I used Jonathan's link but don't see anything in th searches to let me research a trademark or "word mark".

I never new this existed!! I use the RN data base, but I thik this would be much better for some of my older items.

Oh I see Queenie -if you follow Jonathan's link and go to the homepage (top left), you'll see a 'trademarks' section in the menu on the left, with a search option directly from there. :)
