Hello all! I have a vintage Isaac Mizrahi blue and white striped seersucker pencil skirt and pair of trousers from early 1990s (?) These are NOT QVC or Target - they're both made in U.S.A and have his original label (as well as store tags priced $195 and $295, respectively). I've watched a few runway videos on YouTube but they're primarily fall shows, and there's just SO damn much of this pattern in his later, cheaper collections. I believe his first collection was 1989, but presumably that's fall, and in 1994 (?) he started the Isaac one, so Spring 91,92, or 93, no? Thank you!
