Flobert Strawberry Collar Identification/Dating?

Hello!! I recently purchased an absolutely exquisite detachable strawberry collar with a label name of "Paris - Flobert of Florida - Miami, Florida" at an estate sale that was composed of items/clothing from the 1940s and onwards. I've looked right through several online sources, including through the "Fashioned by Flobert" thread on VFG, trying to find any mentions of the making of accessories such as these collars.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any information on it and rather came across that the Flobert name is in the same line as negligees and more night wear, which is why this strikes me as a little peculiar! Some interesting details are that the strawberries are not exact replicas and appear to have been made on a different fabric, then transferred over and the little gemstones have metal holding them in rather than being sewn in.

I'm just trying to see if anyone would happen to know more information on this stunning piece (such as was it really a piece under 'Fashioned by Flobert' or someone else?), and if so, around what timeframe it could be! Thank you so much :)

aka prongset rhinestones, which used to be the norm for use on clothing.

Judging by the address this isn’t the same company as Fashioned by Flobert

Oh wow!!!!! I had absolutely no idea about either one of these; I completely thought it could have been a branch under Fashioned by Flobert rather than a separate company entirely. Thank you so much! I'm thrilled :)

I see!! Thank you!! I'll definitely take a look into them, I couldn't for the life of me figure out the correct word for it.
