Footwear Foolishness

After Jonathan shared his excellent idea for acid-free photo storage boxes from Michael's craft store, I went there this afternoon to get some--and was delighted to find them on sale for only about $2.69 each. As I photographed shoes prior to storing them in the box (so I can put the photo on the outside of the box), and as it starts to snow a little again outside, I thought I would share these cheery shoes that evoke this time between Valentine's Day and spring flowers. (Note: I don't wear shoes like this...just collect them)

Lynne - what fun and great idea on putting the shoe photo on the box. One of my favorite shows is "Clean Sweep" (I wish) and I've never seen that organizer ... be so organized.

ooohhh, that silver elephant is quite something, love the strawberry. Have you tried wearing them, Lynnne, as they look rather precarious! Great fun collectible shoes! Some of the more traditional ones remind me of Maud Frizon's.
