--Harry Eli Glotzer was born in CT in 1900 and died in1984. He was married to Rose Glotzer

--In the 1923 Hartford city directory H & D Glotzer (for Harry and David), furriers, conducted business at 72 Church St in Hartford

-- H & D Glotzer was still at the Chruch St address in the 1933 directory

-- In the 1934 Hartford directory Harry Glotzer was in business as Harry Glotzer Inc at 108 Pratt (as on your label)

-- Harry Glotzer was at the 108 Pratt address through the 1967 city directory

-- In the 1970 directory Reichlein Furs was recorded at 108 Pratt

Text autocorrect incorrectly changed Harry Glotzer's middle name to Ellie in my prior post, but it should have been Eli.

I found this 1902 blurb, which leads me to suspect furs were a Glotzer family business**...

** Another online resource confirms that Samuel J. Glotzer was the Glotzer in the 1902 business and was the father of Harry.

Yes, it looks like Benjamin was a furrier, his son Samuel was a furrier, and then Samuel's son Harry was a furrier.

It's interesting both Samuel and his son Harry were married to women named Rose
