Forever Label??

Hey everyone! So I picked up this dress at the thrift store the other day, super cute, but its label is not one I’ve ever seen before. I’m not even sure it’s vintage but I cannot find ANYTHING on it when I search. Can anyone help? I attached an image of it. Thanks so much!

The label has an RN number on it. You can search an RN number to find out what company it's registered to in the database here: https://rn.ftc.gov/Account/BasicSearch

In this case the number 94981 is registered to Forever 21.

I did research the RN number and Forever 21 labels but I’ve never seen this one used for Forever 21 unless I’m missing it?

Hey! If this is a lace black babydoll dress, I own it and bought it circa 2000’s from Forever 21. I actually still wear it. I was trying to find some information about the dress.
