Formal Gown Help

Can anyone tell me what terms to use to describe the back of this gown? Low loose collar of fabric much like a cuff drapes around the back. thanks. chris

I think I'd describe it as: Low, draped back with criss-cross tie fastener (or criss-cross decoration).

or cowl; that has a drape similar to a cowl or swag neckline.

I think "cowl" might be the correct term, but I'm not sure. How about "draped cowl back with spaghetti ties (or straps)." The cowl is definitely more draped than usual, so I'd get draped in there somewhere, or swagged.... Looks like a lovely dress!
