Found a sweater with just a size tag small

It has black satin flowers with velvet and red leather looks pretty worn
Rhinstones and silver adornments.

I think its 80s? But id like opinions could this be older?

Agree 80s. Looks like it's knitted side-to-side (cuff to cuff), and a batwing shape with no sleeve or shoulder seams, just side seams. That was a very 80s thing. I have one the same construction in my wardrobe, and also in a slightly fluffy yarn.

The embellishments look typically 80s too.
