Found cute Polka dot dress. Having trouble recognizing label and dating it. Help? Thanks!!

I believe the label is 'Bee Maffick'. I've been able to find a couple of other pieces with the same label in different and more legible fonts, but I haven't been able to find out much about the brand/designer - except that a lot of Bee Maffick pieces are located and/or made in Japan.
