Fox Fur? Croc not Alligator?

Hello everyone!

I recently purchased this coat from a woman who swears it is fox fur. However I have never seen a fox fur coat that looked like this. Thoughts? Also the handbag in the pics is crocodile not alligator correct? Croc dots....

Yes, crocodile. and I do believe that coat is fox, but that it's been sheared into the pattern.

I agree that it's probably sheared fox. The collar looks very much like fox, but maybe a little shorter, and the rest must have been sheared somehow into that pattern.
