Framed Vintage Advert 40s? 50s?

This original advert is framed and ready to go on the wall of my vintage boutique when I get one LOL! is it 40s or 50s? xxx

I am going to say early '50's because of the hair styles and the hats although I agree the skirts look short. The skirt in the middle looks pretty full for the War years - too.

I'm going to agree with early 50's also for the same reason; this short hair trend was very much a 50's trait as opposed to the early to mid 40's where hair was generally worn longer. Look at that! My cosmetology background is good for something! These young ladies have the same hairstyles and suiting as much of the models in my early 50's Fashion Magazines as well.
