French beaded bag?

Hi everyone. This is one of todays flea market finds. It is a clear vinyl bag with intricate floral beaded embroidery. The lady I bought it from told me it is French and was made in France. Does anyone have any opinions or knowledge about these type of bags?

What a sweet purse. I've never seen one quite like this, that is to say the beading on vinyl like this.

Hi. Thanks, I tried researching this type of bag and I could not really find any info, except a similar one made with the same tambour beaded style but with linen instead of vinyl and made in Belgium.

It certainly looks like the French or Belgian beaded bags of the post war era, with the added 50s clear plastics twist.
