I have a jacket & skirt set by Guy LaRoche Boutique-Paris that has the exact same labeling. Exactly, exccept for the sizing, of course. I don't know if the numbers on the fabric-content label mane anything, but mine has 9011 on it, yours 9069.
Though the size & fabric-content labels may have been used generically, it's also the remant of the top label (where the maker's name would have been) that's identical to mine, including the font and size of both the "Made in France" and the size designation. I don't know enough about LaRoche's work to know if your set would be his, but based on the labels alone, that would be my guess. And mine is 1980s as well, which is what yours is.
