French size Conversion

Forgive me.. i know this has been asked & answered, but is there a chart to convert euro sizes to US?

i have an ASQ on a dress, she wants to know if it will fit a "French 38"

andw/ my crazy dial up, if the wind blows or it rains, the computer is wonky. its doing both right now so i'm having a heck of a time searching.

I would still be cautious and add the caveat that she/he go by your measurements for accuracy as measurements can change from manufacturer to manufacturer.
