A wonderful custom-made 14K Stag's Head diamond ring, with accompanying appraisal:

The clarity of the diamond is SI1 and the color grade is F. Also applied to the top of the band on each side of the diamond is one buck deer head. The overall weight of the band is 6.4 dwt. The diamond weight and quality was estimated with the diamond set in the band.

It has that gorgeous blue color I now call Matisse Blue. The size is important. You will not be able to wear this if your wrist is larger than that. The opening, when the clamper is fully open, is 5/8" wide, and your wrist must fit through that.
