Fringe, Tassels - Ok to Inquire Here or ?

Can anyone recommend a lace forum where I can post my inquiries or is it ok to post here?

I have some tassels that are simple, look older and not like any I've found so far. Same with some fringe but they are not attached to clothing or accessories so ...

Before I post on a forum, I check the internet, worthopedia, wikipedia, etsy, ebay, rubylane, pinterest sometimes and my reference books and sometimes the Met.
