funny little cat shirt. 1950s?

What year is this funny little shirt? The kitty on the pocket is retro styled but looks so new. the tag is very funny and also confusing...I can't find any info on this katz company. The structure looks as if it was sewn back in the 50s? I could be wrong....can someone help me out? Still very new to all this and you guys are super good!

Wow! You guys are incredible! lol I feel so silly not putting the katz pajamas together it's really cute and in good condition. Wish I could have found the shorts or pj pants to go with it.

I just had a Katz housecoat. It was mid 50s. Your blouse looks more early 60s.
