That might help. I'm sorry that I can't help more as I don't recognise it - I thought it might have been ponyskin but it seems to be fluffier.

I agree it looks a lot like a European or Russian goat, with his/her winter coat.

Goat was my first thought too.

I am not certain what the body of the coat is. The body does look like ponyskin or cow fur but could be dyed goat fur. The collar looks like black fox fur.
