Fur ID on muff and collar

Could anyone help me with identifying the fur on this muff and collar? I would love help dating it as well if anyone has any insight. Thanks so much!

Possibly ermine?

It does resemble ermine. But the fur looks a bit long and fluffier than most ermine I have seen, and the head looks a bit too big to be an actual ermine head. I am not sure on this one!
