Fur identification

Hi everyone. Does anyone know what kind of fur this is?

Also I'm wondering if anybody knows about the company that made it. I'm guessing it is from the 80s as it has some pretty large shoulder pads and I'm wondering if it's a good idea to have them removed. Thanks for your help

i think its musk rat furs for the body and fox fur collar but im just guessing and passing some time <3
best to wait for the pros <3
i have an fox fur coat ( mostly white) it reminds me of this on the collar
and the way the longer hairs shine on the body of the coat seems like its an animal use to water - to allow the water to run off
but anyway ignore me and wait for the pro's:D

Thanks for your input, that's what I thought. Do you know if it's a good idea to remove the giant shoulder pads or will that ruin the integrity of the coat?
