Fur Idetification

I know this is a pretty redundant question, but I am truly lost when it comes to furs. Mink? Sable? Fox? All I know is the Furrier was around in the 40's; right before WWII and right after. Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

It dates to the 50s and I can’t quite tell whether that’s Canadian or Russian but it’s one of the two and it’s squirrel.
