Fur wrap/stole - help dating and identifying fur

Hi!

I recently came into the possession of a fur. While I know it's vintage and I think it dates around the 1940s-50s, I'm not a fur expert and was looking for some further advice on it's era and in particular what type of fur it is. I think it might be blonde mink or perhaps rabbit?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! A few photos:

I have done a little research on the maker and found this advertisement in a 1925 edition of the Gippsland Times (Victoria, Australia):

I'm pretty sure it is not mink, it looks like Tuscan lamb.

Agree, this is definitely not mink or rabbit. Tuscan lamb or shearling and a really unusual type of fur for this style of stole. I like it!
