Is it a nylon/polyester fabric? I’m tempted to say circa 70s if so.

The lapels also look 70s to me, but as GemGem pointed out, the fabric would be a good clue. I would guess it's wool, but can you tell?

I can’t tell! It’s definitely not leather but it’s hard. I’ll try to figure out material tomorrow!

that close up sure looks polyester with possibly nylon blend. and yep, that would suggest 70s.
