Gaultier Denim Jacket

Could anyone confirm vintage of Gaultier Jeans denim jacket.
Label has a hand with palm upward with words Gaultier Jean's and on back of jacket is a metal plate with stamped Gaultier jeans Paris.
Is this 80's vintage. Jacket is fitted.

Hi there.......I can't think of that logo offhand. Can you post a pic of the logo and jacket?

W/O seeing the jacket....
The metal plating makes me think late 80's but it could also be early 90's with the Gaultier jeans stamp.
